Message from the Founder
Thank you for taking out time to check on VEN foundation. We are so excited about starting this mission with the primary aim of bridging the gap in literacy especially illiteracy(and improving medical aid in Achalla community. The community has suffered uncontrolled death mortality and an astronomical increase in illiteracy especially male illiteracy. We had to swing into action by creating VEN Foundation to restore hope, inspire an atmosphere of healing and health to people, and ultimately mitigate uncontrollable death rate in Achalla and its environs.
VEN foundation was created with the objective to reach out to rural people, especially Achalla (Awka North Local Government of Anambra State, Nigeria) indigenes, who are largely in the greatest of needs and suffering untold hardship.
VEN foundation is focused on helping the less privileged in Achalla town. These are people who, through no fault of theirs, have lost every hope of survival. The foundation is driven by the belief that human beings have the capacity to realize their full potential if given the opportunity.
Through education, we empower young men in our community to make positive life choices that would enable them to maximize their potential and live a good life in the future. We help these youths to develop critical and creative thinking skills to become more confident and to play active roles in community development.
It has been a great privilege to be closely involved in the formation of this unique organization, and I give God all the Glory. My ultimate goal is to change the narrative of the less fortunate, restore their dignity, and open up vistas of opportunities for excellent medical care in Achalla community. We desire the holistic transformation of indigenes of Achalla and to meet the medical, social, psychological, psychiatric, educational, spiritual, financial, recreational needs, and above all receive LOVE.
We are eternally grateful for the support we have received from many individuals and people that make our work possible. We always welcome support, suggestions and advice offered in any way.
Yours Sincerely
MRS VIVIENNE EMMA-NWAKANMA
